With over 20 years of medical experience and care coordination as a skincare specialist, Raenell offers a unique blend of experience combined with an extensive background in aesthetic services and cosmetic experience. Raenell has received the following certifications for treatments:

  • Certified as Master Coolsculpting Provider
  • Certified Advanced SkinPen Microneedling
  • Certified HydraFacial Specialist
  • Certified Advanced Ultherapy
  • Certified PCA Skincare Specialist – Peels & Skincare
  • Certified in Makeup Artistry
  • NHA Certified Clinical Medical Assistant

As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant, Raenell also holds an Associate of Applied Science in Radiography. She holds her Master’s Degree in Healthcare Administration & Management specializating in Strategic Innovation, Change Management, and Project Management. Raenell graduated with honors.

Raenell has worked alongside Kristin Baird, MD at Dermatology Center of the Rockies for 3 years developing tailored treatment plans to achieve exceptional skin care results. Raenell’s passion is partnering with patients to cultivate a personalized plan of skin care & body contouring treatments to attain remarkable results.

Raenell was born and raised in Billings, Montana. She moved to Colorado in 2010.  Raenell loves spending time with family and friends exploring the beautiful state of Colorado. In her spare time, she enjoys yoga, hiking, boating, and snow skiing. She has a dachshund named Willow who is a rescue dog.

Partnering with patients to develop a personalized plan of skincare, tailored to individual concerns to achieve exceptional results is both the mission and passion of the Dermatology Center of the Rockies cosmetic and spa services team.
