Appointments
For your enhanced comfort and relaxation please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. To ensure that the right treatment is given, be prepared to answer some general questions regarding your personal skincare concerns, and medical conditions. Please note: the use of prescribed or over-the-counter exfoliants can be a contraindication to receiving some spa treatments.
Late arrivals will limit the time of your service, thus lessening its effectiveness and your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the next guest’s scheduled appointment. The full value of your treatment will apply. To ensure the safety of children and the enjoyment of all clients, we ask that parents or guardians make other arrangements for children while they are receiving services. Children under the age of 12 receiving services are to be accompanied by parent or guardian.
As a courtesy to our other guests, we ask that you turn off your cell phones.
We accept cash, checks, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, & American Express credit cards.
If you are unable to make payment by cash, check, or credit card, payment plans can be arranged through our financial partner PatientFi.
Please note that services 2 or more hours require a deposit at the time of booking. We will request a credit card to hold your appointment. In the event of a late cancellation or a no show, you may be charged for the appointment. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Returns or exchanges are accepted on products (this excludes makeup) within 7 business days of purchase. Purchases made with cash or check will be reimbursed within 10 days via a company check.
